The invention relates to a prefabricated module (3) comprising, in one piece: a shower compartment (31), with a shower (51); a toilet compartment (32), with a toilet seat (98), the shower compartment (31) and the toilet compartment (32) being arranged longitudinally opposite one another; a kitchen compartment (33), which comprises a sink (67) and a cooking appliance (75); a technical compartment (34), which comprises: a domestic water supply and a water heater (62), supplying domestic water to the shower (51) and sink (67); an energy supply, supplying energy to the cooking appliance (75) and the water heater (62); the kitchen compartment (33) and the technical compartment (34) being arranged between the shower compartment (31) and the toilet compartment (32), which are transversely opposite one another, of the prefabricated module (3).
