The subject of the invention is a binder comprising: at least one raw clay comprising at least one clayey mineral, the total weight content of clayey mineral ranging from 1 to 60% relative to the weight of binder, at least one limestone or dolomite filler, at least one water-retaining agent, and at least one additive chosen from flocculating agents, water-repellent agents, latexes, hydraulic binders, bonding agents and cationic surfactants, with the proviso that, when the binder comprises a hydraulic binder, the total weight content of hydraulic binder is less than the total weight content of clayey mineral.
L'invention a pour objet un liant comprenant : au moins une argile crue comprenant au moins un minéral argileux, la teneur pondérale totale en minéral argileux allant de 1 à 60% par rapport au poids de liant, au moins un filler calcaire ou dolomitique, au moins un agent rétenteur d'eau, au moins un additif choisi parmi les agents floculants, les agents hydrofuges, les latex, les liants hydrauliques, les agents collants et les tensioactifs cationiques, à condition que, lorsque le liant comprend un liant hydraulique, la teneur pondérale totale en liant hydraulique soit inférieure à la teneur pondérale totale en minéral argileux.
