INORGANIC FIBRE MATS
A fibre mat, for example a monolith support mat or end cone insulator, the mat comprising: • inorganic fibres having a pressure retained value at 10 minutes at 900°C of greater than 20 kPa; and • preferably a binder. The inorganic fibres comprise X and Y and K20, the sum of which is greater than 95 wt.% wherein X is the sum of SiO2 and ZrO2 and Y is the sum of AI2O3 and La2O3, wherein ZrO2 and La2O3 is each present in up to 10 wt.% of the total weight of the inorganic fibres.
La présente invention concerne un mat de fibres, par exemple un mat de support monolithique ou un isolant de cône d'extrémité, le mat comprenant : • des fibres inorganiques ayant une valeur de maintien de pression à 10 minutes à 900 °C supérieure à 20 kPa ; et • de préférence un liant. Les fibres inorganiques comprennent X et Y et K20, dont la somme est supérieure à 95 % en poids, X étant la somme de SiO2 et de ZrO2 et Y étant la somme de Al2O3 et de La2O3, ZrO2 et La2O3 étant chacun présents jusqu'à 10 % en poids du poids total des fibres inorganiques.

La présente invention concerne un mat de fibres, par exemple un mat de support monolithique ou un isolant de cône d'extrémité, le mat comprenant : • des fibres inorganiques ayant une valeur de maintien de pression à 10 minutes à 900 °C supérieure à 20 kPa ; et • de préférence un liant.
