A NOISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, A WINDOW SYSTEM AND RELATED METHODS
A noise management system for a window includes an active noise control (ANC) module and a passive sound absorbing module. The ANC module is disposed in or adjacent a ventilation channel of the window and configured to substantially cancel low-frequency noise entering the ventilation channel. The passive sound absorbing module is disposed in or adjacent to the ventilation channel and configured to absorb both high-frequency noise entering the channel and harmonic sounds generated by the ANC module.
L'invention concerne un système de gestion de bruit pour une fenêtre, comprenant un module de commande de bruit actif (ANC) et un module d'absorption sonore passif. Le module ANC est disposé dans un canal de ventilation de la fenêtre ou adjacent à ce dernier et configuré pour annuler sensiblement le bruit basse fréquence entrant dans le canal de ventilation. Le module d'absorption acoustique passif est disposé dans le canal de ventilation ou adjacent à ce dernier et configuré pour absorber aussi bien le bruit haute fréquence entrant dans le canal que les sons harmoniques générés par le module ANC.
