URETHANE RESIN COMPOSITION AND BUILDING INSULATION METHOD
[Problem] To provide a urethane resin composition having properties suitable for forming a building insulation layer without adding a foam stabilizer in a urethane resin composition having at least quasi-incombustibility. [Solution] A urethane resin composition for forming a foam that constitutes a insulation material for a building, the foam having at least quasi-incombustibility in a heat-release test complying with ISO-5660, wherein said urethane resin composition is characterized by containing at least a polyisocyanate compound, an ester polyol compound, a trimerization catalyst, an additive, and a non-silicon surface adjuster, and by not containing a foam stabilizer, the additive having red phosphorus as an essential component and being combined with a phosphate-containing flame retardant and/or a chlorine-containing flame retardant.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une composition de résine d'uréthane possédant des propriétés appropriées pour former une couche d'isolation de bâtiment sans ajout d'un stabilisant de mousse dans une composition de résine d'uréthane quasi-incombustible. La solution selon l'invention est une composition de résine d'uréthane permettant de former une mousse qui constitue un matériau d'isolation pour bâtiment, la mousse étant quasi-incombustible dans un test de libération de chaleur répondant à la norme ISO-5660, ladite composition de résine d'uréthane étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient au moins un composé de polyisocyanate, un composé d'ester polyol, un catalyseur de trimérisation, un additif et un agent d'ajustement de surface sans silicium, et en ce qu'elle ne contient pas de stabilisant de mousse, l'additif contenant du phosphore rouge en tant que composant essentiel et étant combiné avec un ignifuge contenant du phosphate et/ou un ignifuge contenant du chlore.

La solution selon l'invention est une composition de résine d'uréthane permettant de former une mousse qui constitue un matériau d'isolation pour bâtiment, la mousse étant quasi-incombustible dans un test de libération de chaleur répondant à la norme ISO-5660, ladite composition de résine d'uréthane étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient au moins un composé de polyisocyanate, un composé d'ester polyol, un catalyseur de trimérisation, un additif et un agent d'ajustement de surface sans silicium, et en ce qu'elle ne contient pas de stabilisant de mousse, l'additif contenant du phosphore rouge en tant que composant essentiel et étant combiné avec un ignifuge contenant du phosphate et/ou un ignifuge contenant du chlore.
