DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT DEVICE AND DISPLACEMENT MEASUREMENT METHOD
This displacement measurement device (700) comprises: an acquisition unit (720) which acquires a first image including an object (300) and a second image including the object (300); a generation unit (730) which generates, from the first image, M template images (M is an integer of 2 or more) including the object (300) and containing noise, and generates, from the second image, M template images (M is an integer of 2 or more) including the object (300) and containing noise; a virtual displacement calculation unit (40) which calculates M virtual displacements of the object (300), from the M template images and the M target images; and a displacement calculation unit (50) which performs statistical processing on the M virtual displacements, and calculates the displacement of the object (300).
