SEGMENTO DE PERFIL POLIMÉRICO, ESTRUCTURA HÍBRIDA Y MÉTODO DE FABRICACIÓN
A hybrid structure made from concrete and a polymeric profile, the latter being formed from segments of a longitudinal type, with at least one core, a lower zone or wing, an upper zone or wing and elements for assembly with an adjacent segment, with the upper zone or wing comprising one or more lateral tabs acting as a collaborative formwork, and ribs acting as stiffening connectors configured to attach the concrete to said zone or wing. The segments that form the polymeric profile and a method for installing the hybrid structure of the present invention are also claimed.
Estructura híbrida formada por hormigón y un perfil polimérico, este último estando formado por segmentos de tipo longitudinal, con al menos un alma, una zona o ala inferior, una zona o ala superior y elementos para el ensamblaje a un segmento adyacente, constando la zona o ala superior de unas pestañas laterales a modo de encofrado colaborador, así como de nervios a modo de conectores rigidizadores configurados para asegurar el hormigón a dicha zona o ala. Se reivindica así mismo los propios segmentos que forman el perfil polimérico y un procedimiento de instalación de la estructura híbrida de la presente invención.
L'invention concerne une structure constituée de béton et d'un profilé polymère, ce dernier étant formé de segments de type longitudinal, avec au moins une âme, une zone ou aile inférieure, une zone ou aile supérieure et des éléments pour l'assemblage à un segment adjacent, la zone ou aile supérieure comprenant des joues latérales faisant office de coffrage collaborateur, ainsi que des nervures faisant office de connecteurs de rigidification conçus pour maintenir le béton dans ladite zone ou aile. L'invention concerne également lesdits segments qui forment le profilé polymère et un procédé d'installation de la structure hybride de la présente invention.
