A composite panel assembly (10) comprising a sandwich structure using a structural grid frame (11) between an underside of heat shrink plastic sheet (12) and an upper side moisture impervious sheet (13). The edges of the sheet (12) at (14) form a congealed mass where respective edges of the sheets (12) and (13) have been welded together during a heating process and also along each (15) and (16) noting that the sheet has been fed into a heater and that the relative shrinkage is such that the edge of sheet (12) has started on the upper side and has pulled the sheet (13) around the frame to the opposite side so that margin of the sheet (12) is on the underside.
Un ensemble panneau composite (10) comprend une structure en sandwich utilisant un cadre de grille structural (11) entre un côté inférieur de la feuille de plastique thermorétractable (12) et une feuille imperméable à l'humidité côté supérieur (13). Les bords de la feuille (12) à (14) forment une masse congelée où les bords respectifs des feuilles (12) et (13) ont été soudés ensemble au cours d'un processus de chauffage et également le long de chaque (15) et (16), étant donné que la feuille a été introduite dans un dispositif de chauffage et que le retrait relatif est tel que le bord de la feuille (12) a commencé sur le côté supérieur et a tiré la feuille (13) autour du cadre vers le côté opposé de sorte que la marge de la feuille (12) se trouve sur la face inférieure.
