BURNER APPARATUS FOR CEMENT KILN AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SAME
Provided is a burner apparatus for a cement kiln, which strongly forms a floating state of combustible solid waste in the cement kiln, and easily ignites the combustible solid waste in a floating state; provided also is a method for operating the burner apparatus. The burner apparatus of the present invention comprises: a solid powder fuel flow path provided with a solid powder fuel flow swirling means; a first air flow path that is disposed outside the solid powder fuel flow path and adjacent thereto and provided with an air flow swirling means; a second air flow path that is disposed outside the first air flow path and adjacent thereto and provided with an air flow straight-forwarding means; a third air flow path that is disposed inside the solid power fuel flow path and adjacent thereto and provided with an air flow swirling means; and a combustible solid waste flow path disposed inside the third air flow path. The second air flow path has openings that form air flow outlets, and closed parts that are blocked so that the air flow cannot flow therethrough, and the openings and the closed parts are arranged alternately in the circumferential direction.
L'invention concerne un dispositif de brûleur pour un four à ciment, qui forme fortement un état flottant de déchets solides combustibles dans le four à ciment, et enflamme facilement les déchets solides combustibles dans un état flottant. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fonctionnement du dispositif de brûleur. Le dispositif de brûleur de la présente invention comprend : une voie d'écoulement de combustible en poudre solide dotée d'un moyen de tourbillonnement de flux de combustible en poudre solide ; une première voie d'écoulement d'air qui est disposée à l'extérieur de la voie d'écoulement de combustible en poudre solide et adjacente à celle-ci, et pourvue d'un moyen de tourbillonnement de flux d'air ; une seconde voie d'écoulement d'air qui est disposée à l'extérieur de la première voie d'écoulement d'air et adjacente à celle-ci et est pourvue d'un moyen d'acheminement droit d'écoulement d'air ; une troisième voie d'écoulement d'air qui est disposée à l'intérieur de la voie d'écoulement de combustible d'alimentation solide et adjacente à celle-ci et pourvue d'un moyen de tourbillonnement d'écoulement d'air ; et une voie d'écoulement de déchets solides combustibles disposée à l'intérieur de la troisième voie d'écoulement d'air. La deuxième voie d'écoulement d'air comporte des ouvertures qui forment des sorties d'écoulement d'air, et des parties fermées qui sont bloquées de telle sorte que le flux d'air ne peut pas s'écouler dans celles-ci, et les ouvertures et les parties fermées sont disposées en alternance dans le sens circonférentiel.
