VERFAHREN ZUR HERSTELLUNG EINES VORGEFERTIGTEN GEBÄUDE-PLATTENELEMENTS, INSBESONDERE WAND- ODER DECKENELEMENT, SOWIE EIN SOLCHES PLATTENELEMENT
Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines vorgefertigten Gebäude-Plattenelements, insbesondere Wand- oder Deckenelement, aus einem gegossenen Betonmaterial, weist folgende Verfahrensschritte auf: - Bereitstellen eines Formkastens (2) mit einem Boden (3) und Seitenwänden (4) zur Ausformung des Plattenelements (1), - Belegen des Bodens (3) des Formkastens (2) mit einer der Trittschalldämmung, Abdichtung und/oder Rissüberbrückung bei dem fertigen Plattenelement dienenden Entkopplungsmatte (5) derart, dass die am Plattenelement (1) im Einbauzustand im Gebäude nach oben weisende Seite der Entkopplungsmatte (5) nach unten dem Boden (3) des Formkastens (2) zugewandt ist, - Eingießen des Betonmaterials (11) in den Formkasten (2) auf die darin befindliche Entkopplungsmatte (5), - Vergleichmäßigen und Verdichten des Betonmaterials (11), - Aushärten lassen des Betonmaterials (11) zur Bildung eines statisch tragfähigen Plattenkörpers (12) unter haftfähiger Verbindung des Betonmaterials (11) mit der im Formkasten (2) nach oben gewandten Seite der Entkopplungsmatte (5), sowie - Ausschalen des Plattenelements (1).
