The present invention provides a decorative sheet, a transparent resin film, and a decorative sheet production method with which, even if a texture shape is formed on the outermost surface of a transparent resin film, it is possible to achieve excellent weather resistance in the recesses of the texture shape of the transparent resin film. The present invention relates to a decorative sheet obtained by laminating, in order in the thickness direction, a substrate, a pattern layer, and a transparent resin film, said decorative sheet characterized in that the transparent resin film at least has a thermoplastic resin layer and also has a texture shape on the reverse side from the side on which the pattern layer is laminated, and at least one layer containing an ultraviolet absorber is provided between the pattern layer and the thermoplastic resin layer.
