HEAT EXCHANGE UNIT AND CLEANING DEVICE PROVIDED THEREWITH
A heat exchange unit according to the present disclosure comprises: a heater including a cylindrical ceramic body extending in a lengthwise direction, both ends of which are open, and a heat generating resistor embedded in the ceramic body and extending from one end of the ceramic body in the lengthwise direction toward the other end; and a cylindrical case having one end that is closed and another end that is open, having the heater fitted into the opening of the open other end thereof, and housing the section of the ceramic body that is closer to the one end thereof. A first space defined by the inner peripheral surface of the ceramic body and a second space defined by the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic body and the inner peripheral surface of the case are connected and form a flow path for a fluid. The case has an outflow port connecting the second space and the exterior, and the heat generating resistor extends to a site on the ceramic body that faces the outflow port.
La présente invention concerne une unité d'échange de chaleur comprenant : un dispositif de chauffage comportant un corps cylindrique en céramique s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale, les deux extrémités dudit corps étant ouvertes, et une résistance de production de chaleur intégrée dans le corps en céramique et s'étendant d'une extrémité du corps en céramique, dans la direction longitudinale, vers l'autre extrémité ; et une enveloppe cylindrique comportant une première extrémité fermée et une seconde extrémité ouverte, dont le dispositif de chauffage est ajusté dans l'ouverture de sa seconde extrémité ouverte, et logeant la section du corps en céramique plus à proximité de sa première extrémité. Un premier espace défini par la surface périphérique interne du corps en céramique, et un second espace défini par la surface périphérique externe du corps en céramique et la surface périphérique interne de l'enveloppe, sont reliés et forment un circuit d'écoulement pour un fluide. L'enveloppe comporte un orifice de sortie reliant le second espace à l'extérieur, et la résistance de production de chaleur s'étend jusqu'à un endroit sur le corps en céramique faisant face à l'orifice de sortie.
