L'invention concerne un intercalaire pour des vitrages isolants (40) constitués d'au moins deux vitres espacées (51, 52) reliées au niveau de leurs bords par l'intermédiaire de l'intercalaire (50) dans un état monté dans lequel l'intercalaire est monté au niveau des bords pour limiter un espace intermédiaire (53), cet intercalaire comprenant au moins une paroi auto-éclairante conçue pour faire face à l'espace intermédiaire rempli de gaz à l'état monté, une partie principale de la paroi auto-éclairante étant constituée d'un matériau plastique contenant des additifs phosphorescents.
