The invention concerns a high-rise residential building (1) comprising foundations (5) on which at least one residential sub-assembly (2) is arranged, characterised in that: - the residential sub-assembly (2) comprises a stack of four storeys (3), each of the storeys (3) comprising four identical dwellings (4), - each storey (3) has a four-branch cross-shaped plan (7), - each branch (7) partly makes up one dwelling (4) and has a central extension (7a) protruding at the end of the branch (7), - each extension (7) is associated, at the bottom and on one of its lateral sides, with a terrace (6), - each terrace (6) has a long side (L) and a short side (T), - at each storey (3), the long sides (L) of the terraces (6) are arranged in an identical manner relative to the extension (7a), such that, starting from one of the dwellings, an identical dwelling is reproduced by rotating 90° around a vertical axis (V).
L'invention concerne une tour d'habitation (1) comportant des fondations (5) sur lesquelles est disposé au moins un sous-ensemble d'habitation (2), caractérisée en ce que : - le sous-ensemble d'habitation (2) comprend une superposition de quatre étages (3), chacun des étages (3) comportant quatre logements (4) identiques, - chaque étage (3) présente scion un plan en croix à quatre branches (7), - chaque branche (7) constitue en partie un logement (4) et présente une extension (7a) centrale en saillie à l'extrémité de ladite branche (7), - chaque extension (7) est associée en partie basse et sur l'un de ses côtés latéraux à une terrasse (6), - chaque terrasse (6) présente un grand côté (L) et un petit côté (T), - au niveau de chaque étage (3), les grands côtés (L) des terrasses (6) sont disposés de manière identique par rapport à l'extension (7a) pour reproduire en partant de l'un des logements, un logement identique par rotation de 90° autour d'un axe vertical (V).
