PADLOCK WITH REMOVABLE OR INTERCHANGEABLE SHACKLE
A padlock having a removable or interchangeable shackle is disclosed. The padlock comprises a lock body and a shackle, the shackle being movable in an axial direction between a locked position and an unlocked position, the short leg being withdrawn from the lock body in the unlocked position. The padlock also comprises a retaining shaft receivable within a corresponding bore of the lock body, wherein the long leg includes a longitudinal recess for providing a travel path for the movement of the shackle from a locked position defined by the retaining shaft engaging a first end of the longitudinal recess to an unlocked position defined by the retaining shaft engaging a second end of the longitudinal recess to prevent the shackle from being removed from the lock body when the shackle is in the unlocked position.
L'invention concerne un cadenas ayant une manille amovible ou interchangeable. Le cadenas comprend un corps formant verrou et une manille, la manille étant mobile dans une direction axiale entre une position verrouillée et une position déverrouillée, la patte courte étant retirée du corps formant verrou dans la position déverrouillée. Le cadenas comprend également un arbre de retenue pouvant être reçu à l'intérieur d'un alésage correspondant du corps de verrou, la patte longue comprenant un évidement longitudinal qui fournit un trajet de déplacement pour le mouvement de la manille depuis une position verrouillée définie par l'arbre de retenue se mettant en prise au niveau d'une première extrémité de l'évidement longitudinal jusqu'à une position déverrouillée définie par l'arbre de retenue se mettant en prise au niveau d'une deuxième extrémité de l'évidement longitudinal pour empêcher la manille d'être retirée du corps formant verrou quand la manille est dans la position déverrouillée.
