MASONRY COMPOSITIONS COMPRISING CHEMICALLY TREATED CARBON PIGMENTS
Pigmented masonry compositions are provided that include chemically treated carbon black pigments having attached an organic group including an ionic or an ionizable group, the ionic or ionizable group being present at a level from 1.0 to 3.0 µmol/m2. The compositions exhibit excellent color consistency and jetness and provide consistent color after long term exposure to high levels of moisture.
L'invention concerne des compositions pigmentées de maçonnerie, qui comprennent des pigments de noir de carbone traités chimiquement sur lesquels est fixé un groupe organique comprenant un groupe ionique ou ionisable, le groupe ionique ou ionisable étant présent à un niveau de 1,0 à 3,0 µmoles/m2. Les compositions présentent une excellente cohérence de couleur et une excellente profondeur de noir et confèrent une couleur cohérente après une exposition à long terme à des niveaux élevés d'humidité.
