Die Erfindung betrifft ein modulares Plattenelement (1) zum zumindest teilweise Erstellen einer Wand, einer Decke und/oder eines Bodens eines Raumes aufweisend: - ein erstes Trägerelement (2) mit mindestens einer Kammer (3) zur mechanischen Stabilisierung und zum Transport von Wärme mithilfe eines Fluides, und - einen Heizanstrich (4) zum Beheizen des Raumes mit Niedertemperatur-Infrarot-Technik, wobei der Heizanstrich (4) ein elektrisch leitfähiges Stoffgemisch umfasst.
The invention relates to a modular plate element (1) for creating, at least in part, a wall, a ceiling and/or a floor of a room, having: - a first support element (2) having at least one chamber (3) for mechanical stabilization and for transporting heat by means of a fluid, and - a thermal coating (4) for heating the room by means of low-temperature infrared technology, wherein the thermal coating (4) comprises an electrically conductive mixture of substances.
