The invention relates to a coating device able to manufacture bituminous coatings comprising: at least one means for supplying at least one aggregate, such as a recycled aggregate, to a mixer and/or a drying drum, said supply means having an upper face able to receive the aggregate, several groups of infrared emitters, disposed in line with said upper face of said at least one supply means and able to emit a wavelength that substantially corresponds to the maximum wavelength in the determined absorption spectrum of said at least one aggregate at a desired temperature, each group of infrared emitters being able to emit a specific wavelength that is different between each group, said at least one supply means being able to and/or configured to withstand the electromagnetic radiation emitted by said groups of infrared emitters. The invention also relates to the method for implementing the aforementioned device, as well as to its uses.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'enrobage apte à fabriquer des enrobés bitumineux comprenant : au moins un moyen d'amenée d'au moins un granulat, tel qu'un agrégat recyclé, vers un malaxeur et/ou un tambour sécheur, ledit moyen d'amenée présentant une face supérieure apte à recevoir le granulat, plusieurs groupes d'émetteur(s) infrarouge(s)s, disposés au droit de ladite face supérieure dudit au moins moyen d'amenée et qui sont apte à émettre une longueur d'onde qui correspond sensiblement à la longueur d'onde maximale dans le spectre d'absorption déterminé dudit au moins granulat à une température voulue, chaque groupe d'émetteurs infrarouges étant apte à émettre une longueur d'onde spécifique qui est différente entre chaque groupe, ledit au moins moyen d'amenée étant apte à et/ou configuré pour résister aux radiations électromagnétiques émises par lesdits groupes d'émetteurs infrarouges. L'invention concerne également le procédé de mise en œuvre du dispositif susmentionné, ainsi que ses utilisations.
