Disclosed is a method for preparing a quartzite plate imitated with marble patterns, comprising the following steps: 1) style design: designing the color of the quartzite plate main body and the color and texture of marble patterns in the quartz stone plate; 2) preparing a mold: preparing a textured mold and a quartzite plate mold; 3) preparing a material: preparing a marble pattern mixture and a plate main body mixture; 4) laying the pattern material: putting the textured mold into the quartzite plate mold, and laying the marble pattern mixture in the textured mold; 5) laying the main body material: taking out the textured mold, and laying the plate main body mixture in the quartzite plate mold at positions different from those where the marble pattern mixture is laid; and 6) compression molding: scraping the surface, and then pressing, heating, curing and molding the quartzite plate mold having the material laid thereon, so as to obtain a quartzite plate imitated with marble patterns. The product prepared by means of the preparation method for a quartzite plate imitated with marble patterns of the present invention is stable and of good quality.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une plaque en quartzite imitant des motifs de marbre comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) conception de style : conception de la couleur du corps principal de plaque en quartzite et de la couleur et de la texture de motifs de marbre dans la plaque en pierre de quartzite ; 2) préparation d'un moule : préparation d'un moule texturé et d'un moule de plaque en quartzite ; 3) préparation d'un matériau : préparation d'un mélange de motifs de marbre et d'un mélange de corps principal de plaque ; 4) pose du matériau à motifs : mise en place du moule texturé dans le moule de plaque en quartzite et pose du mélange de motifs de marbre dans le moule texturé ; 5) pose du matériau de corps principal : extraction du moule texturé et pose du mélange de corps principal de plaque dans le moule de plaque en quartzite au niveau de positions différentes de celles où le mélange de motifs de marbre est déposé ; et 6) moulage par compression : raclage de la surface, puis pression, chauffage, durcissement et moulage du moule de plaque en quartzite sur lequel est déposé le matériau de manière à obtenir une plaque en quartzite imitant des motifs de marbre. Le produit préparé au moyen du procédé de préparation d'une plaque en quartzite imitant des motifs de marbre selon la présente invention est stable et de bonne qualité.
