A method for constructing stand-alone housing estate houses according to one aspect of the present invention may comprise: (a) a step of constructing a frame in which unit sites having a collecting well for each layer are formed; (b) a step of selling each of the unit sites; (c) a step of designing unit households and landscaping on top of the unit sites; and (d) a step of constructing the unit households and the landscaping.
Un procédé de construction de maisons autonomes d'un ensemble résidentiel selon un aspect de la présente invention peut comprendre : (A) une étape de construction d'une structure dans laquelle des sites individuels ayant un puits de collecte pour chaque couche sont formés; (b) une étape de vente de chacun des sites individuels ; (c) une étape de conception de maisons individuelles et d'aménagement paysager chapeautant es sites individuels; et (d) une étape de construction des maisons individuelles et de réalisation de l'aménagement paysager.
