MECHANICALLY ASSISTED PREFABRICATED WALL MOUNTING METHOD
A mechanically assisted prefabricated wall mounting method, performed using a mechanically assisted prefabricated wall mounting cart, comprising a grasper module (1), the grasper module (1) being capable of moving along an up and down direction, and rotating around a horizontal axis in a horizontal direction and around a rotation axis (15) perpendicular to the up and down direction and the horizontal direction. The method comprises: moving the mechanically assisted mounting cart to a wall panel location, the grasper module (1) rotating forward around the horizontal axis, and grabbing a wall panel; the grasper module (1) moving upward and rotating backward around the horizontal axis, causing the wall panel to be in a vertical state; moving the mechanically assisted mounting cart to a mounting location, and performing mounting of the wall panel. The present mounting method eases labor intensity, improving mounting efficiency.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de montage mécaniquement assisté de murs préfabriqués, réalisé à l'aide d'un chariot de montage mécaniquement assisté de murs préfabriqués, comportant un module préhenseur (1), le module préhenseur (1) étant capable de se déplacer suivant une direction haut-bas, et de tourner autour d'un axe horizontal dans une direction horizontale et autour d'un axe (15) de rotation perpendiculaire à la direction haut-bas et à la direction horizontale. Le procédé comporte les étapes suivantes: le chariot de montage mécaniquement assisté est déplacé jusqu'à l'emplacement d'un panneau de mur, le module préhenseur (1) pivote vers l'avant autour de l'axe horizontal, et saisit un panneau de mur; le module préhenseur (1) s'élève et pivote vers l'arrière autour de l'axe horizontal, plaçant le panneau de mur dans un état vertical; le chariot de montage mécaniquement assisté est déplacé jusqu'à un emplacement de montage, et le montage du panneau de mur est effectué. Le présent procédé de montage atténue l'intensité de main-d'œuvre, améliorant le rendement de montage.
