The construction method for wall panels is a method for installing a wall panel 3 onto a pair of wooden posts 1 erected with a gap therebetween and a wooden beam 2 spanning the pair of wooden posts 1, wherein: the wall panel 3 comprises facing members 31 and an elongated joining member 32 that extends in the horizontal direction and that is fixed to one plate surface 31a of the facing members 31 and is joined to the pair of wooden posts 1; and the joining member 32 is placed between the pair of wooden posts 1, both edges of the joining member 32 in the longitudinal direction are joined to the side faces 11a, 12a of the pair of wooden posts 1 facing the respective edges, the wooden beam 2 is placed across the pair of wooden posts 1, the alignment of each wooden post 11, 12 is adjusted, and then the edges of the facing members 31 are fixed to the front faces of the pair of wooden posts 1 and the wooden horizontal member 2.
