LOW PROFILE BREAK-OFF CHECK VALVE FOR WET BARREL HYDRANT
A hydrant valve assembly including a valve body including an exit end, a lip extending radially outward from the exit end, a valve seat and a first valve member selectively movable between a first orientation whereby the first valve member is not engaged with the valve seat and a second orientation whereby the first valve member is engaged with the valve seat. An annular retaining plate is supported on the exit end of the valve body and includes a first rod extending downwardly into the valve body, the first rod being arranged to selectively maintain the first valve member in the first orientation. A flange is detachably engaged with and concentrically arranged around the lip, and a barrel is supported on the retaining plate. A plurality of connectors extends through the barrel, the retaining plate and the flange for rigidly coupling the barrel to the retaining plate and flange.
La présente invention concerne un ensemble soupape de borne d'incendie comprenant un corps de soupape comprenant une extrémité de sortie, une lèvre s'étendant radialement vers l'extérieur à partir de l'extrémité de sortie, un siège de soupape et un premier élément de soupape sélectivement mobile entre une première orientation dans laquelle le premier élément de soupape n'est pas en prise avec le siège de soupape et une seconde orientation dans laquelle le premier élément de soupape est en prise avec le siège de soupape. Une plaque de retenue annulaire est soutenue sur l'extrémité de sortie du corps de soupape et comprend une première tige s'étendant vers le bas dans le corps de soupape, la première tige étant agencée de façon à maintenir sélectivement le premier élément de soupape dans la première orientation. Une bride est mise en prise de façon amovible avec la lèvre et agencée de façon concentrique autour de la lèvre et un réservoir est soutenu sur la plaque de retenue. Une pluralité de raccords s'étend à travers le réservoir, la plaque de retenue et la bride afin d'accoupler de façon rigide le réservoir à la plaque de retenue et à la bride.
