CORROSION PREVENTION METHOD AND CORROSION PREVENTION DEVICE
The purpose of the present invention is to repair reinforced concrete in a simple manner at low cost. This corrosion prevention method comprises: a moistening step of causing a corrosion prevention solution 4 retained inside concrete 21 in reinforced concrete to permeate in the vicinity of reinforcing steels 22 through the concrete 21 to passivate the reinforcing steels 22; a detection step of detecting that the corrosion prevention solution 4 has permeated to a surface 25 of the concrete 21; and a drainage step of, subsequent to the detection of the corrosion prevention solution 4 in the detection step, draining the corrosion prevention solution 4 to the outside of the concrete 21 to form a corrosion-preventing coating film on the surfaces of the reinforcing steels 22.
La présente invention vise à réparer du béton armé de manière simple et à faible coût. La présente invention concerne un procédé de prévention de corrosion qui comprend : une étape d'humidification consistant à amener une solution 4 de prévention de corrosion retenue à l'intérieur du béton 21 dans du béton armé pour s'infiltrer au voisinage d'aciers d'armature 22 à travers le béton 21 pour passiver les aciers d'armature 22; une étape de détection consistant à détecter que la solution 4 de prévention de corrosion s'est infiltrée dans une surface 25 du béton 21; et une étape de drainage consistant, suite à la détection de la solution 4 de prévention de corrosion dans l'étape de détection, à drainer la solution 4 de prévention de corrosion vers l'extérieur du béton 21 pour former un film de revêtement anti-corrosion sur les surfaces des aciers d'armature 22.
