The present application relates to an offshore rapid sewage suction device, and a sewage suction fence and a sewage suction fence system thereof. The offshore rapid sewage suction device comprises a ventilation pipe, an air bag arranged on the periphery of the ventilation pipe, and a sewage suction material arranged on the periphery of the air bag, wherein the ventilation pipe is used for introducing high-pressure gas or a vacuum; and the ventilation pipe is in communication with the air bag and the sewage suction material respectively by means of arranged connecting structures, so that the ventilation pipe inflates the air bag and recovers pollutants from the sewage suction material. The device has a good recovery effect, is high in efficiency, is simple in structure and has a high degree of automation. The sewage suction fence formed by the sewage suction device can be used in a polluted region of large area to intercept and recover pollution sources, thereby effectively controlling the pollution sources. The system formed by the sewage suction fence, a winding machine and a pump station is small in size, convenient to transport and store, convenient and fast to use and has a high degree of automation.
