A plurality of water cutoff walls 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D are disposed in a multiplex with gaps in the wall thickness direction. Drain pumps 4a, 4b, 4c are provided as the drainage means for discharging water infiltrating between the water cutoff walls 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D to the outside. Water that has infiltrated between the water cutoff wall 1A and the water cutoff wall 1B when the water level outside the multiplex water cutoff wall becomes high during flooding is discharged to the outside of the multiplex water cutoff wall by the drain pump 4a. If necessary, the water cutoff wall can be arranged into a multiplex with a third water cutoff wall 1C and a fourth water cutoff wall 1D, and water infiltrating therebetween is discharged with the drain pumps 4b, 4c. Une pluralité de parois de coupure d'eau (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) sont disposées dans un multiplex assorti d'espaces dans la direction de l'épaisseur de paroi. Des pompes de drainage (4a, 4b, 4c) sont prévues en tant que moyen de drainage pour évacuer l'eau s'infiltrant entre les parois de coupure d'eau (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) vers l'extérieur. L'eau qui s'est infiltrée entre la paroi de coupure d'eau (1A) et la paroi de coupure d'eau (1B) lorsque le niveau d'eau à l'extérieur de la paroi de coupure d'eau multiplex devient élevé pendant l'inondation est évacuée vers l'extérieur de la paroi de coupure d'eau multiplex au moyen de la pompe de drainage (4a). Si nécessaire, la paroi de coupure d'eau peut être disposée dans un multiplex doté d'une troisième paroi de coupure d'eau (1C) et d'une quatrième paroi de coupure d'eau (1D), et l'eau s'infiltrant entre celles-ci est évacuée au moyen des pompes de drainage (4b, 4c). Ainsi, le niveau d'infiltration d'eau est au plus bas au plus près de l'intérieur et un endommagement par injection d'eau peut être empêché à une structure à l'intérieur protégée au moyen de la paroi de coupure d'eau multiplex.
