The present invention provides a displaceable hinge unit comprising: an outer frame having an insertion groove formed on the center of one lateral side; a shaft which passes through the insertion groove and is rotatably disposed on the outer frame, and has a screw thread formed on the outer peripheral surface positioned inside the insertion groove; and an inner frame which has a screw thread, engaging the screw thread of the shaft, formed on the inner peripheral surface thereof and is translation-moved inside the insertion groove by means of the rotation of the shaft.
