A water-repellent member (100) comprises: a matrix section (10) that is made of an inorganic material including at least one of metal oxide and metal hydroxide; and a water-repellent resin (20) that is dispersed in the matrix section (10), the matrix section (10) having a porosity in the cross-section of 20% or less. The building member and the wet room member include the water-repellent member.
Un élément hydrofuge (100) comprend : une section de matrice (10) qui est constituée d'un matériau inorganique comprenant au moins un oxyde métallique et un hydroxyde métallique ; et une résine hydrofuge (20) qui est dispersée dans la section de matrice (10), la section de matrice (10) ayant une porosité dans la section transversale inférieure ou égale à 20 %.
