Floating windmill installation (1, 10) comprising a floating installation (1) and a windmill (10) the floating installation (1) comprises a main deck (2), and a windmill support structure (3), where the windmill support structure comprises: - rails (4) stretching along the windmill support structure (3) from the main deck (2) to the top of the windmill support structure (3), - a platform (5) placed on top of the windmill support structure (3) comprising an aperture (6) for allowing raising and lowering of a tower (12) of the windmill (10), and - a transport wagon (7), that is movable along said rails (4).
