HARDENER, ANTI-SLIP COATING AGENT, ANTI-SLIP COATING COVER FORMING METHOD AND ANTI-SLIP COVERING MATERIAL
Provided are an anti-slip coating agent, and the like, suited for curing and forming an anti-slip coating cover having high anti-slip capability, more simply and in a shorter time. The anti-slip coating agent has a hardener (A) and a main agent (B), wherein the hardener (A) contains a polyamine (A1) having an N-H bond, a tertiary amine (A2) having no N-H bond, and a non-reactive diluent (A3), and the main agent (B) contains an epoxy resin (B1), a silane coupling agent (B2), and an aggregate (B3). In the anti-slip coating agent, the tertiary amine (A2) content is 5 parts by mass to 30 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyamine (A1). The polyamine (A1) contains first polyamine species (a1-1) comprising a polyamine having a carbocyclic ring or a modified product thereof, and a second polyamine species (a1-2) comprising piperazine or a derivative thereof, or a modified product of either or both.
L'invention fournit notamment un agent de revêtement antidérapant qui est approprié à la formation d'un film de revêtement antidérapant présentant des performances antidérapantes élevées, par un durcissement à la fois simple et de durée réduite. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne un agent de revêtement antidérapant qui possède un agent de durcissement (A) et un agent principal (B). Ledit agent de durcissement (A) comprend une polyamine (A1) possédant une liaison N-H, un amine tertiaire (A2) ne possédant pas de liaison N-H, et un diluant non réactif (A3). Ledit agent principal (B) comprend une résine époxy (B1), un agent de couplage au silane (B2), et un agrégat (B3). Pour 100 parties en masse de ladite polyamine (A1), la teneur en amine tertiaire (A2) est comprise entre 5 et 30 parties en masse. Ladite polyamine (A1) comprend des premières polyamines (a1-1) constituées d'une polyamine possédant un cycle carbone ou d'un produit modifié de celle-ci, et des secondes polyamines (a1-2) constituées soit d'une pipérazine ou d'un dérivé de celle-ci, soit d'un produit modifié de ladite pipérazine et/ou du dérivé de celle-ci.
