The present invention relates to the field of construction, more particularly to a technique for quickly erecting buildings and structures having any number of floors. The technical result of the invention consists in accelerating and simplifying the process of erecting buildings and structures having any number of floors. A method for erecting buildings and structures is characterised in that, after the foundation is built, the top floor and the roof of the building or structure are built, raised and held up by jacks; the penultimate floor is built, which is then also raised along with the top floor and the roof; and in this way each subsequent floor below is in turn built and raised to the height of a floor along with the floors and roof that have already been built above said floor until the required number of floors and height of the building or structure is reached.

L'invention se rapporte au domine de la construction et concerne notamment des techniques d'édification rapide de bâtiments et de structures ayant un nombre quelconque d'étages. Le résultat technique de l'invention consiste en une accélération et une simplification de l'édification de bâtiments et de structures ayant un nombre quelconque d'étages. Ce procédé d'édification de bâtiments et de structures est caractérisé en ce que, après la construction des fondations, on construit le dernier étage et le toit du bâtiment ou de la structure, on les soulève et on les maintient avec des vérins et on construit l'avant-dernier étage, on le soulève ensuite avec le dernier étage et le toit, et on construit ainsi successivement les étages inférieurs suivants qui sont soulevés en même temps que les étages et le toit déjà construits au-dessus de ceux-ci sur une hauteur d'un étage jusqu'à atteindre le nombre voulu d'étage et la hauteur du bâtiment ou de la structure.

Способ возведения зданий и сооружений характеризуется тем, что после строительства фундамента строят последний этаж и крышу здания или сооружения, поднимают и удерживают их домкратами и строят предпоследний этаж, далее также его вместе с последним этажом и крышей поднимают, таким образом строят поочередно нижеследующие этажи, поднимают их вместе с уже построенными над ним этажами и крышей на высоту этажа до тех пор, пока не достигнут нужного количества этажей и высоты здания или сооружения.
