The present invention relates to an artificial stone tile using native rocks, and a method for manufacturing same, in which native rocks, which are cheaper than marble and granite, are finely pulverized, mixed with an additive to increase adhesion, heat resistance, durability, and strength, and molded at high pressure, and then, through a step-by-step firing process of high temperature, cold temperature, and low temperature, the artificial tile reproduces the same texture as native stone, as well as having superior wear resistance and strength compared to native stone, and native rocks that are eco-friendly and can be supplied at low prices are used without use of synthetic resins.
La présente invention concerne un carreau en pierre artificielle utilisant des roches natives et son procédé de fabrication, dans lequel des roches natives, qui sont moins coûteuses que le marbre et le granit, sont finement pulvérisées, mélangées avec un additif pour augmenter l'adhérence, la résistance à la chaleur, la durabilité et la résistance, et moulées à haute pression, puis, par le biais d'un processus de cuisson pas à pas à haute température, température froide et basse température, le carreau artificiel reproduit la même texture que la pierre naturelle, et possède une résistance à l'usure et une résistance supérieures à celle de la pierre naturelle, et des roches natives qui sont écologiques et qui peuvent être fournies à faible prix sont utilisées sans utilisation de résines synthétiques.
