Es wird ein Verfahren zum Aufbringen einer Beschichtung (1) auf eine Oberfläche (2) eines Mullitmaterials (3) angegeben, das ein Vorbehandeln der Oberfläche (2) des Mullitmaterials (3) mittels eines plasmachemischen Prozesses, bei dem molekularer Wasserstoff derart angeregt wird, dass plasmaaktivierter Wasserstoff entsteht S1, und ein Aufbringen einer aluminiumoxidhaltigen Schicht (4) mittels eines PVD-Verfahrens auf die vorbehandelte Oberfläche (2) des Mullitmaterials (3) S2 aufweist. Weiterhin werden ein Mullitmaterial 3 mit einer Beschichtung und ein Gasturbinenbauteil mit einem solchen Mullitmaterial (3) angegeben.
The invention relates to a method for applying a coating (1) onto the surface (2) of a mullite material (3), having the steps of pre-treating the surface (2) of the mullite material (3) by means of a plasma-chemical process in which molecular hydrogen is excited such that plasma-activated hydrogen is produced S1 and applying an aluminum oxide-containing layer (4) onto the pre-treated surface (2) of the mullite material (3) using a PVD method S2.
