FIRE RETARDANT CEMENTITIOUS COMPOSITION
A cementitious composition is provided that includes: (a) pumice; (b) cement; and (c) substantially spherical silica particles. The pumice can comprise highly vesicular rough textured volcanic glass typically having a P80 range of from about 0.1 to about 65 mm. The cement can be one or more of pozzolan-lime-cement, slag-lime cement, supersulfated cement, and calcium sulfoaluminate cement.
L'invention concerne une composition cimentaire qui comprend : (A) de la pierre ponce ; (b) du ciment ; et (c) des particules de silice sensiblement sphériques. La pierre ponce peut comporter un verre volcanique texturé, rugueux, très vésiculaire, présentant généralement une plage P80 comprise entre environ 0,1 et environ 65 mm. Le ciment peut être un ou plusieurs éléments parmi le ciment de pouzzolane-chaux, le ciment de laitier-chaux, le ciment supersulfaté et le ciment de sulfoaluminate de calcium.
