The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall which enables very simple construction of a joint part between prefabricated wall units and facilitates pre-joining of a lightweight permanent formwork, merely by installing and connecting a joint member between adjacent prefabricated wall units spaced apart from each other. In the prefabricated wall of the present invention formed by connecting a plurality of prefabricated wall units in the transverse direction, the plurality of prefabricated wall units consisting of: a vertical support member which is an L-shaped steel disposed at four corners of a rectangle; a plurality of horizontal support members interconnecting adjacent vertical support members in the horizontal direction; and a lightweight permanent formwork coupled to the horizontal support member, wherein the prefabricated wall unit is installed so as to be spaced apart from the adjacent prefabricated wall unit at a constant distance, and joint members are installed on both sides between the adjacent prefabricated wall units, and wherein the joint member consists of: a plurality of horizontal connecting members having both ends individually fixed to vertical support members of the prefabricated wall units on both sides thereof; and a lightweight permanent formwork coupled to the outside of the plurality of horizontal connecting members.

Dans la paroi préfabriquée de la présente invention formée par liaison d'une pluralité d'unités de paroi préfabriquées dans la direction transversale, ladite pluralité d'unités de paroi préfabriquées est constituée : d'un élément de support vertical qui est un acier en forme de L disposé au niveau de quatre coins d'un rectangle ; d'une pluralité d'éléments de support horizontaux interconnectant des éléments de support verticaux adjacents dans la direction horizontale ; et d'un coffrage permanent léger couplé à l'élément de support horizontal.
