CERAMIC COMPOSITE MIDDLE FRAME OF MOBILE TERMINAL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR
A ceramic composite middle frame of a mobile terminal and a manufacturing method therefor. The ceramic composite middle frame of the mobile terminal comprises a ceramic frame (1) and a metal middle plate (2), the ceramic frame (1) is connected to the metal middle plate (2) by means of a plastic framework (3), the metal middle plate (2) and the ceramic frame (1) are provided with lapping structures, two sides of the plastic framework (3) are provided with engagement structures, the engagement structure at one side of the plastic framework (3) is connected to the lapping structure of the ceramic frame (1), and the engagement structure at the other side of the plastic framework (3) is connected to the lapping structure of the metal middle plate (2). The ceramic composite middle frame is formed by performing in-mold injection molding on the ceramic frame (1) and the metal middle plate (2). The middle frame is sparkling and crystal-clear in appearance and is hard and durable, and can realize local metallization inside the ceramic frame (1) according to antenna design requirements, thereby facilitating antenna design and layout, and the middle frame has a good texture and effect as a whole.
L'invention concerne un châssis central en composite céramique d'un terminal mobile et son procédé de fabrication. Le châssis central en composite céramique du terminal mobile comprend un châssis en céramique (1) et une plaque centrale en métal (2), le châssis en céramique (1) est relié à la plaque centrale en métal (2) au moyen d'un cadre en plastique (3), la plaque centrale en métal (2) et le châssis en céramique (1) sont pourvus de structures de recouvrement ; deux côtés du cadre en plastique (3) sont pourvus de structures d'emboîtement, la structure d'emboîtement située sur un côté du cadre en plastique (3) est reliée à la structure de recouvrement du châssis en céramique (1), et la structure d'emboîtement située sur l'autre côté du cadre en plastique (3) est reliée à la structure de recouvrement de la plaque centrale en métal (2). Le châssis central en composite céramique est formé par réalisation d'un moulage par injection dans le moule sur le châssis en céramique (1) et la plaque centrale en métal (2). Le châssis central est d'aspect étincelant et transparent, est dur et durable, et permet de réaliser une métallisation locale à l'intérieur du châssis en céramique (1) conformément aux exigences en termes de conception d'antenne, ce qui facilite la conception et l'agencement d'antenne, et le châssis central a une bonne texture et un bon effet dans son ensemble.
