PATCH FITTING
A patch fitting for a fire-retardant glass door is disclosed herein. The patch fitting comprises a support sandwiched between a first layer of fire retardant material on a first side of the support and a second layer of fire retardant material on an opposing second side of the support. The support comprises a first attachment means for attaching to a first pane of glass of the fire-retardant glass door on the first side of the support, and a second attachment means for attaching to a second pane of glass of the first-retardant glass door on the opposing second side of the support. The patch fitting is configured, in use, to be at least partially sandwiched between the two layers of glass of the fire-retardant glass door.
L'invention concerne une fixation de raccord pour une porte en verre ignifuge. La fixation de raccord comprend un support pris en sandwich entre une première couche de matériau ignifuge sur un premier côté du support et une seconde couche de matériau ignifuge sur un second côté opposé du support. Le support comprend un premier moyen de fixation destiné à être fixé à un premier panneau en verre de la porte en verre ignifuge sur le premier côté du support et un second moyen de fixation destiné à être fixé à un second panneau en verre de la porte en verre ignifuge sur le second côté opposé du support. La fixation de raccord est conçue, lors de son utilisation, pour être au moins partiellement prise en sandwich entre les deux couches de verre de la porte en verre ignifuge.
