BLAST FURNACE SLAG-TYPE PAINT
[Problem] To provide a blast furnace slag-type paint in which a liquid inorganic material comprising a fluid suspension is used. [Solution] A blast furnace slag-type two-part paint in which a stabilized aqueous suspension containing the blast furnace slag described below is used as a main agent, an alkaline liquid having dissolved therein sodium silicate, sodium carbonate, or potassium carbonate that induces hydraulic reaction of the suspension serves as a hydraulic reaction inducer, and the main agent and the hydraulic reaction inducer are packaged separately. The components of the main agent include (A) 0.5-42 wt% of high-blast-furnace-slag-content blast furnace slag having a blast furnace slag content of 60% or more relative to the total weight of blast furnace slag, (B) 0.1-20 wt% of a blocking agent including a phosphorus-containing compound, (C) 0.3-5 wt% and preferably 0.3-2.5 wt% of a blocking agent differing from the phosphorus-containing compound, (D) a water retention agent, and the like.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir une peinture de type laitier de haut fourneau dans laquelle est utilisé un matériau inorganique liquide comprenant une suspension de fluide. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une peinture de type laitier de haut fourneau à deux composants dans laquelle une suspension aqueuse stabilisée contenant le laitier de haut fourneau susmentionné est utilisée en tant qu'agent principal, un liquide alcalin dans lequel est dissous du silicate de sodium, du carbonate de sodium ou du carbonate de potassium qui induit une réaction hydraulique de la suspension sert d'inducteur de réaction hydraulique, et l'agent principal et l'inducteur de réaction hydraulique sont conditionnés séparément. Les composants de l'agent principal comprennent (A) 0,5 à 42 % en poids de laitier de haut fourneau à teneur élevée en laitier de haut fourneau présentant une teneur en laitier de haut fourneau supérieure ou égale à 60 % par rapport au poids total du laitier de haut fourneau, (B) 0,1 à 20 % en poids d'un agent de blocage comprenant un composé contenant du phosphore, (C) 0,3 à 5 % en poids et de préférence 0,3 à 2,5 % en poids d'un agent de blocage différent du composé contenant du phosphore, (D) un agent de rétention d'eau et analogues.
