The present invention is based on the building of sustainable dwellings, which are constructed from the following structural components or elements: a foundation slab; walls constructed from male–female pieces or blocks; a slab for a mezzanine and/or flat roof; an arrangement of a recirculating system for saving drinking water, with temperature control; and an arrangement of a recirculating system for saving water in showers.
La presente invención se basa en la edificación de viviendas sustentables, las cuales se construyen a partir de los siguientes elementos o componentes estructurales: Una losa de cimentación, Unos muros construidos a partir de piezas o bloques del tipo machimbrado, Una losa para techo de entrepiso y/o azotea, una disposición de sistema recirculatorio ahorrador de agua potable con control de temperatura; Una disposición de sistema recirculatorio ahorrador de agua en regaderas.
