SWITCHABLE OPTICAL DEVICE AND SWITCHABLE GLAZING UNIT
A switchable optical device (10) comprising in this order a first substrate (12), a first conductive layer (14), a switchable layer (18), a second conductive layer (22) and a second substrate (24) is provided. The switchable optical device (10) further comprises one or both of the following aspects: In a first aspect i) the first conductive layer (12) comprises a first contact zone (30) and a second contact zone (32), wherein the first contact zone (30) is electrically insulated from the second contact zone (32) and wherein the switchable optical device (10) comprises an electrical interconnect (38) for electrically connecting the second contact zone (32) of the first conductive layer (14) to the second conductive layer (22). In a second aspect ii) the switchable optical device (10) comprises at least one further sheet (28) which is laminated to the first substrate (12) and/or the second substrate (24), wherein first substrate (12), the second substrate (24) and the at least one further sheet (28), have essentially the same thermal expansion coefficient. In a further aspect of the invention a switchable glazing unit (200) is provided which comprises at least one glass pane and at least one switchable optical device (10).
L'invention concerne un dispositif optique commutable (10) comprenant, dans cet ordre, un premier substrat (12), une première couche conductrice (14), une couche commutable (18), une seconde couche conductrice (22) et un second substrat (24). Le dispositif optique commutable (10) comprend en outre l'un ou les deux des aspects suivants : Dans un premier aspect i) la première couche conductrice (12) comprend une première zone de contact (30) et une seconde zone de contact (32), la première zone de contact (30) étant isolée électriquement de la seconde zone de contact (32) et le dispositif optique commutable (10) comprenant une interconnexion électrique (38) pour connecter électriquement la seconde zone de contact (32) de la première couche conductrice (14) à la seconde couche conductrice (22). Dans un second aspect ii) le dispositif optique commutable (10) comprend au moins une autre feuille (28) qui est stratifiée sur le premier substrat (12) et/ou le second substrat (24), le premier substrat (12), le second substrat (24) et l'au moins une autre feuille (28), ayant sensiblement le même coefficient de dilatation thermique. Selon un autre aspect, l'invention concerne une unité de vitrage commutable (200) qui comprend au moins une vitre et au moins un dispositif optique commutable.
