The invention relates to a foldable/deployable structure (1) comprising: - a mast (4) which can be deployed along a longitudinal deployment axis, the mast being designed to be placed either in a folded state requiring little axial installation space, or in a deployed state having a predetermined shape, - a base (10) upon which the deployable mast (4) is rested, the structure (1, 2) further comprising a bracing device, the bracing device: - having at least three points for attachment to the base (10) and at least three points for attachment to the mast (4), the bracing device connecting the base to the mast; - being designed to limit the transverse movements of the mast relative to the base (10) at least when the mast (4) is in a deployed state, and; - comprising at least one connecting member (22, 42, 60) chosen from the group formed by fabrics, non-woven fabrics and ties, the ties being chosen from the group formed by monofilaments, cables, bundles and strips; the structure (1, 2) being characterised in that it comprises a device (30) for tensioning each connecting member of the bracing device when the mast (4) is in the deployed state, the tensioning device (30) enabling a proximal end of the mast (4) to be maintained in the deployed state, at a distance from the base (10) greater than the distance separating the proximal end of the mast (4) from the base (10) when the mast is in the folded state.
L'invention concerne un structure (1) pliable/déployable comportant : - un mât (4) déployable selon un axe de déploiement longitudinal, adapté pour pouvoir être placé, soit dans un état replié dans lequel il occupe un encombrement axial minimum, soit dans un état déployé dans lequel il présente une forme prédéterminée, - une base (10) sur laquelle repose ledit mât (4) déployable, ladite structure (1,2) comprenant en outre un dispositif de haubanage, ledit dispositif de haubanage : présentant au moins trois points de fixation à ladite base (10) et au moins trois points de fixation audit mât (4), ledit dispositif de haubanage reliant ladite base audit mât; étant adapté pour pouvoir limiter les déplacements transverses du mât par rapport à la base (10) au moins dans un état déployé dudit mât (4), et; comprenant au moins un organe de liaison (22, 42, 60) choisi dans le groupe formé des tissus, des non-tissés et des liens, lesdits liens étant choisis dans le groupe formé des monofils, des câbles, des faisceaux et des bandes; ladite structure (1,2) étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un dispositif (30) de mise en tension de chaque organe de liaison dudit dispositif de haubanage à l'état déployé du mât (4), le dispositif (30) de mise en tension permettant de maintenir une extrémité proximale du mât (4) à l'état déployé, à une distance de ladite base (10) supérieure à la distance séparant l'extrémité proximale dudit mât (4) de ladite base (10) lorsque ledit mât est à l'état replié.
