[Problem] To achieve an incombustible sound-absorbing panel by rendering incombustible a sound-absorbing and sound-shielding sandwich panel containing a combustible as a constitutive material. [Solution] Fine powders from chippings generated during cutting processing of a foam material to be filled into a honeycomb material are introduced in the gaps between the foam material and a sound-absorbing surface material. A flow of, for example, steam generated from a hydrate in a honeycomb material heated in the event of a fire, or the like, causes the chippings to flow to plug the gaps between the fibers in the sound-absorbing surface material, thereby limiting the passage of air flow and also confining the carbon dioxide gas generated from a foam material generated, hence reducing the oxygen amount, so that combustion is inhibited. The amount in which adhesive, which is a combustible, is used is also reduced.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est d'obtenir un panneau d'insonorisation incombustible en rendant incombustible un panneau sandwich insonorisant et anti-bruit contenant un combustible comme matériau constitutif. Dans la solution selon l'invention, des poudres fines, provenant de copeaux générés pendant le traitement de coupe d'un matériau en mousse à introduire dans un matériau en nid d'abeilles, sont introduites dans les espaces entre le matériau en mousse et un matériau de surface insonorisant. Un flux, par exemple, de vapeur générée à partir d'un hydrate dans un matériau en nid d'abeilles chauffé en cas d'incendie, ou similaire, provoque l'écoulement des copeaux pour boucher les espaces entre les fibres dans le matériau de surface insonorisant, ce qui limite le passage de l'écoulement d'air et confine également le dioxyde de carbone gazeux généré par un matériau en mousse généré, ce qui permet de réduire la quantité d'oxygène, de façon à bloquer la combustion. La quantité utilisée d'adhésif, qui est un combustible, est également réduite.
【課題】 構成材料に可燃物を含んでいる吸遮音サンドイッチパネルを不燃化して不燃吸音パネルを実現する。 【解決手段】 ハニカム材に充填するフォーム材を切断加工するときに発生する切粉の微粉を、フォーム材と吸音面材の間の隙間に配置する。火災時に加熱されたハニカム材の水加物から発生する水蒸気などの流れによって流動した切粉で吸音面材の繊維間の隙間を塞ぐことで、空気の流通路を制限し、また発生するフォーム材から発生する二酸化炭素ガスを閉じ込めて酸素量を低減して、燃焼を抑止する。また可燃物である接着剤の使用量を削減した。
