PROCESS FOR PRODUCING WATER-REDUCING AGENT FROM H ACID MOTHER LIQUOR
Provided is a process for producing a water-reducing agent from an H acid mother liquor. The process comprises: extraction, stripping, merging, and concentration of H acid mother liquor and amino T acid mother liquor; adding a condensation copolymerization component, adjusting to alkaline, and adding formaldehyde to perform heat preservation to obtain a reaction liquid containing a water-reducing agent. The H acid mother liquor and amino T acid mother liquor are directly used as the main raw materials for the production of the water-reducing agent, such that the organic matter is fully involved in the synthesis of water-reducing agent, effectively addressing the pollution problem it causes.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de production d'un agent réducteur d'eau à partir d'une liqueur mère d'acide H. Le procédé comprend : une extraction, une extraction au gaz, une fusion et la concentration de liqueur mère d'acide H et de liqueur mère d'acide aminé T ; l'ajout d'un composant de copolymérisation par condensation, l'ajustement à un milieu alcalin et l'ajout de formaldéhyde pour effectuer la conservation de chaleur pour obtenir un liquide de réaction contenant un agent réducteur d'eau. La liqueur mère d'acide H et la liqueur mère d'acide aminé T sont directement utilisées en tant que matières premières principales pour la production de l'agent réducteur d'eau, de sorte que la matière organique est complètement impliquée dans la synthèse d'agent réducteur d'eau, de façon à résoudre efficacement le problème de pollution qu'elle cause.
