Mixer (6) for mixing granular, powdery or pasty masses, in particular rubble and bitumen, the mixer comprising: - a drive shaft (10a) configured to be rotated about a rotation axis (X) and - a mixing helix (10b) connected to the drive shaft (10a) so as to rotate with the drive shaft, the mixing helix (10b) comprising a succession of turns, the mixing helix (10b) comprising at least one opening (12) per turn and the mixer (6) comprising at least one intermediate mixing blade (14) arranged on the drive shaft (10a) within one helix pitch (P), the at least one intermediate blade (14) being arranged on the drive shaft (10a) in accordance with an inclined plane (A) relative to a radial plane (R) of the drive shaft (10a) and the inclined plane (A) of the at least one intermediate blade (14) forming part of a helix shape oriented in the opposite direction relative to the lead of the mixing helix (10b). The invention also relates to a coating plant comprising at least one such mixer.
Malaxeur (6) pour mélanger des masses granuleuses, pulvérulentes ou pâteuses, notamment des gravats et du bitume, le malaxeur comprenant : - un arbre d'entraînement (10a) configuré pour être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation (X) et - une hélice de malaxeur (10b) solidaire en rotation de l'arbre d'entraînement (10a), ladite hélice de malaxeur (10b) comprenant une succession de spires, ladite hélice de malaxeur (10b) comportant au moins une ouverture (12) par spire et ledit malaxeur (6) comportant au moins une pale intermédiaire (14) de malaxage disposée sur l'arbre d'entraînement (10a) à l'intérieur d'un pas d'hélice (P), la au moins une pale intermédiaire (14) étant disposée sur l'arbre d'entraînement (10a) selon un plan incliné (A) par rapport à un plan radial (R) de l'arbre d'entraînement (10a) et le plan incliné (A) de la au moins une pale intermédiaire (14) s'inscrivant dans une forme d'hélice orientée en sens inverse par rapport au filetage de l'hélice de malaxeur (10b). L'invention a également pour objet une centrale d'enrobage comportant un moins un tel malaxeur.
