CALCIUM PHOSPHATE GRANULES AND METHODS OF MAKING THEM
A method of making porous ceramic granules is provided. The method comprises heating pore-forming agent particles to a temperature above a glass transition temperature for the pore-forming agent particles; contacting the heated pore-forming agent particles with a ceramic material to form a mixture of pore-forming agent particles and ceramic material; heating the mixture to remove the pore-forming agent particles from the mixture to form a porous ceramic material; and micronizing the porous ceramic material to obtain the porous ceramic granules, wherein the porous ceramic granules have an average diameter from about 50µm to 800µm. The porous ceramic granules are also disclosed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de granulés céramiques poreux. Le procédé comprend le chauffage de particules d'agent porogène à une température supérieure à une température de transition vitreuse pour les particules d'agent porogène ; la mise en contact des particules d'agent porogène chauffées avec un matériau céramique pour former un mélange de particules d'agent porogène et de matériau céramique ; le chauffage du mélange pour éliminer les particules d'agent porogène du mélange pour former un matériau céramique poreux ; et la micronisation du matériau céramique poreux pour obtenir les granulés céramiques poreux, les granulés céramiques poreux ayant un diamètre moyen d'environ 50 µm à 800 µm.
