MULTILAYER POLYIMIDE FILM FOR GRAPHITE SHEET, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREFOR AND GRAPHITE SHEET PRODUCED THEREBY
Disclosed are a multilayer polyimide film for a graphite sheet, a production method therefor and a graphite sheet produced thereby, the multilayer polyimide film having a thickness of about 100 µm or more and comprising two or more polyimide films each comprising: a non-thermoplastic polyimide layer; and a thermoplastic polyimide layer laminated on one surface or both surfaces of the non-thermoplastic polyimide layer, wherein the two or more polyimide films are bonded and laminated through the thermoplastic polyimide layers.
L'invention concerne un film de polyimide multicouche pour une feuille de graphite, son procédé de production et une feuille de graphite ainsi produite, le film de polyimide multicouche ayant une épaisseur d'environ 100 µm ou plus et comprenant deux ou plus de deux films de polyimide comprenant chacun : une couche de polyimide non thermoplastique ; et une couche de polyimide thermoplastique stratifiée sur une surface ou les deux surfaces de la couche de polyimide non thermoplastique, les deux ou plus de deux films de polyimide étant liés et stratifiés au moyen des couches de polyimide thermoplastique.
두께가 약 100㎛ 이상이고, 비열가소성 폴리이미드층, 및 상기 비열가소성 폴리이미드층의 일면 또는 양면에 적층된 열가소성 폴리이미드층을 포함한 폴리이미드 필름을 2개 이상 포함하고, 상기 2개 이상의 폴리이미드 필름이 상기 열가소성 폴리이미드층을 통해 접착 적층되어 있는, 그라파이트 시트용 다층 폴리이미드 필름, 이의 제조방법 및 이로부터 제조된 그라파이트 시트가 개시된다.
