PROCESS FOR PREPARING A GRANULAR CERAMIC MIXTURE
The present invention relates to a process for preparing a granular ceramic mixture, wherein the process comprises the steps of: (a) milling fluid bed combustion fly ash to obtain milled fluid bed combustion fly ash; (b) milling clay to obtain milled clay; (c) contacting together: (i) the milled fluid bed combustion fly ash obtained in step (a); (ii) the milled clay obtained in step (b); (iii) optionally, feldspar, and (iv) optionally, other ingredients, to form the granular ceramic mixture, wherein step (a) and step (b) are carried out separate milling steps.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un mélange céramique granulaire, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : (a) broyer les cendres volantes de combustion de lit fluidisé pour obtenir des cendres volantes de combustion de lit fluidisé broyées ; (b) broyer de l'argile pour obtenir de l'argile broyée ; (c) mettre en contact ensemble : (i) les cendres volantes de combustion de lit fluidisé broyées obtenues à l'étape (a) ; (ii) l'argile broyée obtenue à l'étape (b) ; (iii) éventuellement, du feldspath, et (iv) éventuellement, d'autres ingrédients, pour former le mélange céramique granulaire, l'étape (a) et l'étape (b) étant mises en oeuvre séparément des étapes de broyage.
