SLAB, UNITIZED STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING A UNITIZED STRUCTURE
The invention relates to unitized structures comprised of slabs. Proposed is a slab for use in the assembly of unitized structures, said slab having a plurality of sides, each of which has a shaped cut-out portion extending into the depth of the slab for interlocking connection with a corresponding cut-out portion in another slab during assembly of a unitized structure. Said cut-out portions are configured alternately in the upper and lower sides of the slab and form spherical contact surfaces and/or are provided with insertion elements having spherical contact surfaces for forming a spherical hinge in each join between a slab and other slabs. Also claimed are unitized structures and methods for assembling unitized structures from slabs. The invention makes it possible to assemble load-bearing unitized structures from slabs and to allow for curving of the surface without detriment to the integrity of the structure.
L'invention concerne des structures à assembler se composant de tuiles. L'invention concerne une tuile pour la construction de structures à assembler, qui comprend plusieurs faces comportant chacune une entaille profilée sur l'épaisseur de la tuile en vue de la connexion à une fixation d'une entaille correspondante d'une autre tuile lors de la construction d'une structure à assembler. Les entailles sont formées successivement sur les côtés supérieur et inférieur de la tuile et forment des surfaces de contact sphériques et/ou comportent des éléments d'insertion comportant des surfaces de contact sphériques afin de former une articulation sphérique dans chaque connexion d'une tuile avec d'autres tuiles. L'invention concerne également des structures à assembler et des procédés de construction de structures à assembler à partir de tuiles. L'invention permet de construire des structures porteuses à assembler à partir de tuiles de manière à pouvoir courber la surface sans briser l'intégrité de l'assemblage.

При этом вырезы выполнены поочередно с верхней и с нижней сторон плиты и образуют сферические контактные поверхности и/или снабжены вставными элементами со сферическими контактными поверхностями для образования сферического шарнира в каждом соединении плиты с другими плитами. Заявлены также сборные конструкции и способы устройства сборных конструкций из плит. Изобретение обеспечивает возможность устройства несущих сборных конструкций из плит с возможностью изгиба поверхности без нарушения целостности сборки.
