The present invention relates to a method for preparing a stratified-concrete panel with at least one layer of structural concrete and at least one layer of thermally and acoustically insulating concrete, using only a process of concreting and placement. This allows the elimination of the extra tasks of adding insulating material to the concrete structures, thereby increasing the productivity of the construction processes. The invention also relates to a stratified-concrete panel and to the use thereof as a construction structure, such as walls and slabs of the envelopes of dwellings, residential or industrial buildings, and acoustic insulation road barriers, the panel having good thermal behaviour and acoustic insulation behaviour.
La presente invención se refiere a un método de preparación de un panel de hormigón estratificado con al menos una capa de hormigón estructural y al menos una capa de hormigón aislante, tanto térmica como acústica, utilizando solo un proceso de hormigonado y colocación. Esto permite eliminar las faenas extras de adición de material aislante a las estructuras de hormigón, aumentando la productividad de los procesos constructivos; y panel de hormigón estratificado y su uso como estructura constructiva, por ejemplo, muros y losas de envolvente de viviendas, edificios habitacionales o de uso industrial, muro aislante acústico de carretera, entre otros, teniendo el panel un buen comportamiento térmico y de aislación acústica.
La présente invention concerne une méthode de préparation d'un panneau en béton stratifié avec au moins une couche de béton structural et au moins une couche de béton isolant, tant thermique qu'acoustique, au moyen d'un seul processus de bétonnage et de mise en place. Ceci permet d'éliminer les problèmes supplémentaires d'ajout de matériau isolant aux structures de béton, augmentant la productivité des processus de construction; et un panneau en béton stratifié et son utilisation comme structure de construction, par exemple, des murs et des dalles pour l'enveloppe de logements, d'édifices d'habitations ou destinés à un usage industriel, de mur isolant acoustique de route, entre autres, le panneau ayant un bon comportement thermique et d'isolation acoustique.
