PILE CONNECTING DEVICE AND PILE CONNECTING METHOD USING SAME
The present invention relates to a pile connecting device comprising: a lower connection plate which is fastened and fixed to a head part of a lower pile by means of a lower bolt and in which lower protrusions protrude radially from the top surface thereof; an upper connection plate which is fastened and fixed to the tip of an upper pile by means of an upper bolt and in which upper protrusions protrude radially from the bottom surface thereof so as to fit in between the lower protrusions of the lower connection plate; press pads mounted to head portions of the lower bolt and the upper bolt; pinholes formed through one surface or both surfaces of each of the lower protrusions of the lower connection plate and the upper protrusions of the upper connection plate; and horizontal pins coupled to the pinholes, wherein the press pads are pressed by the weight of the upper pile and thereby pressed and fixed to the head portions of the bolts, respectively, and thus prevent the bolts from loosening due to vibration from pile driving. According to the present invention, the centers of the lower and upper piles can be easily aligned by forming the side surface of each of the protrusions of the connection plates to be inclined. Thus, working hours can be shortened and work efficiency improved. Also, since the press pads mounted to the head portions of the bolts that fix the connection plates to the piles are pressed by the weight of the upper pile and thereby pressed and fixed, the bolts can be prevented from loosening due to the driving vibration when driving a connection pile in which the lower pile and the upper pile are connected by the pile connecting device of the present invention. Thus, the present invention has the effect of being able to construct strong pile connections.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de raccordement de pieux comprenant : une plaque de liaison inférieure qui est accrochée et fixée à une partie de tête d'un pieu inférieur au moyen d'un boulon inférieur et dans laquelle des saillies inférieures font saillie radialement à partir de la surface supérieure de celle-ci ; une plaque de liaison supérieure qui est accrochée et fixée à la pointe d'un pieu supérieur au moyen d'un boulon supérieur et dans laquelle des saillies supérieures font saillie radialement à partir de la surface inférieure de celle-ci de manière à s'ajuster entre les saillies inférieures de la plaque de liaison inférieure ; des tampons de pression montés sur des parties de tête du boulon inférieur et du boulon supérieur ; des trous d'épingle formés à travers une surface ou les deux surfaces de chacune des saillies inférieures de la plaque de liaison inférieure et des saillies supérieures de la plaque de liaison supérieure ; et des broches horizontales couplées aux trous d'épingle, les tampons de pression sont pressés par le poids du pieu supérieur et sont ainsi pressés et fixés aux parties de tête des boulons, respectivement, empêchant ainsi les boulons de se desserrer sous l'effet des vibrations provenant du battage des pieux. Selon la présente invention, les centres des pieux inférieur et supérieur peuvent être facilement alignés en formant la surface latérale de chacune des saillies des plaques de raccordement à incliner. Ainsi, les heures de travail peuvent être raccourcies et l'efficacité du travail améliorée. Les tampons de pression montés sur les parties de tête des boulons fixant les plaques de liaison aux pieux sont pressés par le poids du pieu supérieur et sont ainsi pressés et fixés, les boulons peuvent être empêchés de se desserrer sous l'effet des vibrations d'entraînement lors du battage de pieu de raccordement reliant le pieu inférieur et le pieu supérieur grâce au dispositif de raccordement de pieux selon la présente invention. 본 발명은 상면에 하부돌기가 방사상으로 돌출되고, 하부말뚝의 두부에 하부볼트로 체결고정되는 하부이음판; 상기 하부이음판의 하부돌기 사이에 맞물리도록 하면에 상부돌기가 방사상으로 돌출되고, 상부말뚝의 선단에 상부볼트로 체결고정되는 상부이음판; 상기 하부볼트 및 상부볼트의 머리부에 설치되는 압착패드; 상기 하부이음판의 하부돌기와 상부이음판의 상부돌기 일측면 또는 양측면에 관통형성된 핀홀; 및 상기 핀홀에 결합되는 수평핀;을 포함하고, 상기 압착패드는 상기 상부말뚝의 자중에 의한 가압으로 각 볼트의 머리부에 압착고정되어 항타 진동에 의한 볼트의 풀림을 방지하는 말뚝 연결장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 각 이음판의 돌기 측면을 경사지게 형성하여 하부 및 상부말뚝의 중심을 용이하게 일치시킬 수 있으므로 작업시간 단축 및 작업능률을 향상시킬 수 있고, 이음판을 말뚝에 고정하는 볼트의 머리부에 설치한 압착패드가 상부말뚝의 자중에 의한 가압으로 압착고정되어 본 발명 말뚝 연결장치로 하부말뚝과 상부말뚝이 연결된 연결말뚝의 항타 시, 항타 진동에 의해 볼트가 풀리는 것을 방지할 수 있으므로 말뚝 이음을 견고하게 시공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
